Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Missing items in the order
- Expired product delivered
To request a return, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Perishable food items once opened
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue by our support team.
Approved refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Store credit
- Replacement product
Refund credited may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Unboxing video (if available)
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
